Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from Accurate Crystalline Technology Solutions Inc. (ACT’s Inc.) to operate a home office for a natural resource sector consulting service from 53 Airport Boulevard.

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.

Please be advised there will be an emergency water shut-off today, February 11, 2025, affecting the civic addresses 143-170 Sullivan. The water shut-off is scheduled from 9:45 AM to 3:00 PM to conduct necessary repairs. Additionally, there will be a traffic advisory in place for 164 Sullivan, which will be in effect from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Residents and visitors in the area should plan accordingly.

It is noted that this area is zoned Commercial General (CG) in the Town of Gander’s Municipal Plan. Light Industry uses are permitted as a Discretionary Use of Council within the Commercial General zone.
