Art Procurement Program
The Town of Gander proudly supports local artists and celebrates the creative spirit within our community. In 2007, the Town of Gander established the Art Procurement Program to celebrate and nurture local artistic talent while promoting community engagement in the arts. This initiative underscores the significance of arts and culture in our community, ensuring that they remain accessible and appreciated by all residents. Through our Art Procurement Program, we aim to enhance public spaces by showcasing artwork that reflects Gander's rich history, vibrant culture, and natural beauty.
Details on the 2025 program will be available in the fall of 2025.

2007-2024
Since its inception, the program has successfully purchased 82 pieces of art. We are pleased to share a collection of photos showcasing these works, each watermarked with the artist's name and medium, for everyone to enjoy and appreciate.
