Discretionary Notice: Carr Crescent

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to erect a
communications tower (50m high) on land situated behind the properties of 16 and 18 Carr
Crescent. (see attached drawing)


It is noted that the land is located in an Industrial General (IG) zone. Antenna uses are
permitted in this zone as a Discretionary Use of Council, under the Town of Gander
Development Regulations.


Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the
representation must be received by the Planning & Public Works Department, Town of Gander,
no later than Friday, 12:00 noon, November 22, 2024.

The 2024 Art Procurement Program is now open. Artworks will be received at the Town Hall from Monday, October 28th until Friday, November 1, 2024 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
